The
Directors of World Valuation Congress (WVC) are extremely pleased
to announce that WVC XI will be held in KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA
from MAY 9 - 11, 2006.
The Congress
is being jointly organized by WVC, THE ASSOCIATION OF VALUERS
AND PROPERTY CONSULTANTS IN PRIVATE PRACTICE MALAYA (PEPS) and
UNIVERSITY MALAYA (UM).
The theme
for WVC XI is:
"EXPANDING
THE HORIZON - RE-ENGINEERING THE PROFESSION THROUGH INNOVATIONS"
Within this
prospective theme, internationally renowned plenary speakers will
explore and set the stage for a rigorous discussion on -
- Innovative
and Evolving Technology as Applied to Valuation
- Expanding
the Role of the Valuation Profession
- Dynamic
Valuation Standards in a Rapidly Changing Professional World
WVC has a
long history of leading-edge thinking in the international valuation
profession. WVC XI will continue that tradition and is seeking
input from academics and practitioners in the form of Workshop
Papers.

WVC is a volunteer
organization relying on the goodwill of its friends in the profession
to advertise its Congress. Please advise your professional valuation
colleagues of the upcoming Congress.
For those
of you who have attended before we hope you will return and re-kindle
friendships enjoyed at past congresses. For those that haven't
attended before, WVC is unlike other valuation congresses. You
are expected to participate in the proceedings of YOUR congress
in the widest sense and enjoy the collegiate atmosphere which
a university setting affords.

Valuation Congress 2003 Conference
World Valuation Congress is pleased to announce that WVC X, was
held successfully in conjunction with the Cambridge International
Land Institute, at Clare College, University of Cambridge,
England from July 21 - 24, 2003. The theme of WVC X was - "Is
There A Future For The Valuation Profession?". The principal
professional sponsor for this Congress was RICS.
